AM:  Scott's house with the crew.  Great morning for a run. Just felt blah.  Left quad hurt pretty bad the whole run.  Hopefully goes away on some foam roll.  Excited to train again.  no watch.

Lots of work today.  Swamped in many directions.  Never got up this morning and never made it out after a long day.  The rest was probably needed again.  MIH

PM:  After work run with Ben M.  Med. Draper Loop from my house.  Ben is getting fit.  Fun to see the energy and passion he has as he trains for Des News.  He got some good HMP miles in on this run.  I picked up the last .5 mile to MP.  Nice and Easy run again.  Hope to have a good LR tomorrow with some of the crew.  7:50AP

AM:  Orem Soccer Fields with Toni, Brandon and Mike.  Gorgeous morning for a run.  I was hoping to go 18-20 depending on how my legs felt.  At the water fountain, we decided to get on BST.  I haven't been up there in a long time.  Fun few miles up in the sky.  Really enjoyed that part and then came down to the overpass and jumped back on PRT up to South Fork.  I turned around a little past 8 and Toni and I picked it up for about 5 miles at MP.  My legs felt suprisingly relaxed.  Pace was the right effort and I am glad Toni was able to run with me.  We just worked off each other back to make it easy.  Toni is pretty sick so it is impressive he even ran today.  I pushed him a little more than he wanted but I am glad he hung in there.  He is a beast.  Brandon and Mike went to Big Springs and then did some intervals on the way down.  They looked sharp at the end. I was done at a little over 16 and felt like any more on my legs this morning would result in a withdrawal.  Felt like it was a good run today.  7:40AP
