AM:  Good crew today for a LR.  Met in Saratoga Springs and did an out and back.  Pretty good course with some good terrain.  One potty break at 7.  Chris and I went 11.5 out and then back.  I got a lot of good miles at MP during the run.  11.5 to 18 were 6:35AP.  The wind was really bad for a lot of the miles.  It kept changing on us too.  Elements are fun sometimes.  Should have worn gloves.  Overall a good LR for where I am at right now.  Glad to get this one done today.      7:09AP

Nice run amigão! Gloves? I'm surprised you wore a shirt.
