Evening:  Went out with the Teton Running Group here in IF.  Ran with Lynette.  Easy recovery run @7:20 pace.  Quads are definitely sore and fatigued.  It felt really good though to run and shake out any left over lactic in my legs.  Hopefully a good sign for the next 10 days.

7:20 pace recovery? Try slowing that down to like a 9:20 pace!

Glad your feeling good and I'm not trying to preach but take it easy and remember your body is still recovering. Don't end up in an injury cycle like I did after TOU. :-)

Oh no you are fine Rachelle...I need the preaching...last thing I need is an injury. I didnt realize I was going the fast. My quads were really sore and fatigued. I am feeling better today. That was way too fast though for a recovery run. Glad to be feeling better. I will slow it down today and probably break up my run into two runs...

What brings you to IF? How long are you in town? If you want to hook up for a run when you here let me know.

Lynette is great, quite a ball of energy and a great runner, we run together often.

@jtshad hey back and forth from Utah on work related stuff

would love to run with you when we can. I like to run in the mornings and usually 2-3 doubles a week. Just recovering the next 10 days from the PHX marathon, but if you want to run slow you are more than welcome...
