AM:  reed's house. Mike, Reed, Chris and Toni. Everyone did different distance and different tempo. First 6 miles were easy miles and then I did 6 miles at MPE 6:42AP. Another 6 easy miles. Just sticking to the plan. Being really conservative for another few weeks and hopefully I'll be able to have a decent base underneath me to do some better wo's. Thoroughly enjoyed the conversation and run today. Good dudes. Saw Carina and two of her running mates. Gorgeous temps again this morning. Absolutely great weather. 7:28 AP
