AM:  Another boring TM run.  Seriously I am glad this machine exists, but the TM is not my friend.  Going from 10 degree avg. temps to 72 room temp is a little weird in some aspects.  I just took the run very easy.  Felt good to feel just focus on form and not even have to breathe.  

Lunch:  Another exciting easy run on the TM.  Just burning rubber.  5.25 just a shake out run.

I hate the TM as well, but I also haven't been outside yet this week! They do serve a purpose, especially when you want to run fast and the roads are slick.

Awesome mileage this week Spencer. I was thinking this morning as 30 degrees felt like a heat wave that I am probably going to die in Phoenix! My internal thermometer is all sorts of screwed up.
