AM:  I got up this morning.  Yeah me... Joined Matt, Toni, Reed and Mike for a good workout.  We warmed up for 3 miles at a pretty decent pace.  Did 2 mile tempo...I took last.  I did the workout knowing I just needed to stay positive and use the workout as experience and push myself to do what I could do.  My legs felt tired going fast, but it was my breathing that was tough this morning.  I am excited to feel the push though.  These guys are animals right now.  I tweaked my right hamstring.  We ran back 3 miles to cool down.  I took it very conservatively.

Lunch:  Only had time for an easy 4.2 30 minute run.  Felt pretty good though all things considering.  I love where my endurance and stamina is at right now.  I am really focused on body and mind connection right now.  I always want running to be fun.  The better shape I am in, the more fun I am going to have.  I am too competitive to sit back any longer and not compete.  Enjoying the journey though...

Good to run with you again Spencer. Good effort, especially after a big workout yesterday. It'll be fun to run together this weekend.

@mike @matt. Thank ya good men. I appreciate the push. I got some really good sleep last nIght and my right leg feels decent. Once thin not guarding my right leg, I will be good to go like I want. "it's coming"

@Angie_B hey Angie. Good to see you on here since you are the one that suggest I get on here. Ifirnally thank you now. Yes this is me. How is training?

Haha that is you. Good to see your on here. Training is going good. I dont know specifically what it is I am training for but this is the most mileage I have done in a winter so I hope that helps me this spring/summer. How about you?

@Angie yeah I can tell you are putting in some great base miles right now. Your pace looks spot on right now for a strong year in whatever you race. You seem proned to have a great racing year. As for me, I have been trying to approach marathon mentality. This is like starting running all over again. I'm going down to St. George this weekend to run the half as a tempo run to focus on MP. It will be a great tune up for the Phoenix Marathon which is my first competitive marathon on March 2nd. I have just been working on base for the past two months. Just starting to feel comfortable now in doing speed work. I still need to get my weight down but it's coming. In the meantime, I'm really enjoying the journey. I look forward to seeing you lay some carnage to the pavement this year. Tell Riley you are ready to pave him ;)

Good Luck this weekend and at Phoenix. Ya I can pace Riley for like a half a mile is all:)
