AM:  Earth Day today.  Angela and I are on spring break with my boys doing another New England tour.  I got to run a short up and back through Bar Harbor, Maine.  This place is incredible for running, biking and hiking.  Bar Harbor is a really cool little town.  The weather was really nice this morning.  They have a trail that runs in and out of the small town.  I enjoyed the breeze.  Pretty motivated to just making running a priority again.  I have been slammed with other life activities.  Solo effort.  MIH

AM:  Another up and back along the same little trail through Bar Harbor, ME.  Winds were pretty heavy today.  It rained through the night but was nice and sunny during my run.  Another pretty run today.  Solo Effort.  8:40 AP.  Felt decent today. MIH

AM:  Another out and back along the little asphalt trail here in Bar Harbor, ME.  Pretty cool town to visit.  I have enjoyed the past 3 days here with Angela and the kids.  Sollie and I played a little one on one yesterday at the in town park here.  He's a good little baller.  He kept telling me he won 21-20.  I love the competitive spirit both boys have.  They will compete just fine in life.  I felt pretty comfortable today.  I am hoping a lot of my right body tightness is disipating and I can move on from this weird 2 years of discomfort.  Running hopefully will be fun and competitive again. Time will tell. 8:30AP MIH

AM:  woke up in providence, Rhode Island this morning. Did a small loop around downtown through Brown University. Lots of good hills in this town. Up and Down everywhere. Cool little city this place is. Always like visiting this city. Easy solo effort. Pretty tight from driving all day. Got to eat at Gillette Stadium last night in Foxsboro. That's a fun place to watch a game for sure. 8:20 AP.
