Up Highland and trails and back.  Felt tired but glad to get back after it again.  Legs were tired.  8:37AP

Out and back on Canal early this morning.  Started very very easy first mile and then settled into 7:50's AP the rest of the way.  Very Comfortable run and gorgeous weather.  Didn't have time to do more but legs felt good.  8:12AP
