Little fun run with Solomon (9) and Simon (7). Nice to get out and run a nit in Central Park with them.

Nice reverse loop through Central Park. My splits don't make sense but I felt really good. I'm sure I was under 8 min pace avg but not sure the real splits. I'm guessing 7:45 AP last .8 with Simon (7). Really fun run. Headed back to SLC this evening.

Pretty crazy trip back from NYC to SLC.  Got to sleep around 2am.  I slept in and after doing some work this morning finally got out and going.  PR and Canal were covered in snow.  Stayed on the roads and did a loop.  Nice and cold but legs felt pretty good.  8:14AP

Nice recovery run this morning with Ben M.  Very cold again but nice very easy miles around Draper medium loop.  Roads were fine.  8:54AP

Felt really good when I woke up this morning so I decided to do some MP effort even though its not my MP pace.  I am 196lbs. and although I feel good, I can tell the weight is there.  After about a half mile, I got into the MP effort.  I kept it up for about 3.6 miles at 7:40AP.  I felt comfortable the whole time.  Felt like 70% effort.  I did the last few miles very slow to shakeout the legs and just put in the miles.  Overall the legs are coming back and I like where I am at.  8:12AP

AM:  Made it out just in time...kind of.  Roads/Canal loop.  Snow got worse toward the end.  Had to cut short due to Ang's dr. appt.  Might try a few more later.  8:33AP

Didn't really feel good before and during this run. Stomach was off. However, I am improving and that is good. Went out on Canal and then stayed on the roads. Very Windy. 8:29AP
