Lunch:  I strectched really good today.  I felt my body get loose from the massage yesterday.  I still had a little bit of anxiety from feeling like crap yesterday but headed out anyway.  Some days you wanna run and there are those some days where it feels forced.  Yesterday felt forced.  So I wanted to get in 6-8 miles today and just see how I felt.  If I felt good after warming up then I would do some pace miles and if not then I would just take it easy again.  Just letting my body set the dertermining factors for what I do this week.  mile WU @ 7:30 pace so I decided to lock into some pace and just take it easy from there.  I did the next 4 miles @6:30 pace avg.  It felt very easy and comfortable.  I did start to feel tired so I backed off and did about 2 miles CD.  Overall, I am happy to feel like the massage worked the soreness and fatigue out where needed and to get back in the mileage mode again and start training for upcoming races...
