AM:  Last two nights sleep have been unreal.  Slept like a rock.  Really helped me recharge.  Mentally this is great for me.  Did same short Draper Park loop again this morning.  Last mile I threw in 2X1/4mile pickups at HMP.  Legs feel better than yesterday. (7:40AP)
