AM:  Another nice morning easy miles along DSL again.  Solo effort.  Tired at the first part of the run but felt pretty good the second half.  8:30AP

thanks brother. little fatigue in the upper right hammy during the day but so far I have no tightness and feel pretty good. The pace is slow but I am just trying to work on the body repsonding to tightness and discomfort. So far my right hip feels better than it has in two years which is huge. I am going to continue the plan I have and just go off feel but no days off for awhile. My body is responding to the consistency and the waking up early which is the routine I need. MIH
