AM:  Went to the Kenny Chesney Concert last night.  Always a great show with him.  I slept in and got some needed rest again.  Wanted to just go really easy and prime the legs.  Ran up to the start of the DD5k course and ran the course with the last mile doing a 1/4mile and 2 200 pickups @HMP.  Feeling better now.  Need to check in mentally and emotionally now for this one...
