AM:  JRT out and back with Matt, Mike and Chad.  I turned around at 4 and headed back to Olympic Park and did 2 grass loops.  My legs are definitely tired today which I figured would be the case.  Took it very easy... 8:10AP

 

Afteroon Break: 3.25 very easy miles around the office 8AP  97degrees...
