AM:  Easy miles with Scott, Mike and Matt on the JRT.  Really cool mist and wildlife out this morning.  Kind of an Avatar feeling along that trail sometimes.  Great conversation again.  Really trying to make my MP become my recovery and easy runs now.  Feeling stronger...

Weights: Back...

Lunch:  some laps around orem soccer fields with Jake.  Very easy junk miles.  Cool to get to know Jake better and at the end ran into Jody.  Got to catch up and do my last lap with him...(4.79mi 8:10 ap)
