AM: A huge CC crew this morning with Matt, Mike, Brandon, Scott, Zak, Karl, Toni, Reed, Steve T. and a new guy Ryan Lee. Really fun run today. 7:15AP up the canyon. Way back I wanted to do some variation so 6:08AP for miles 6,7,8 and then very easy cd the last 2 miles. Good conversation with everyone. 75 degrees felt like 50 this morning. Nice overcast and the wild life was plenty...

Evening: Easy mile around the office in the wind and rain. Lucky for me I washed my car yesterday. 7:57AP...
