3:30 AM Terminator special 

eaay miles again solo effort. Wanted to get a decent run in before and early flight back to Utah. 


Update:  Flight has been cancelled. Rebooked the sane schedule tomorrow. Joy!  Get to do this all over again. Tis the season. My flight to Texas was cancelled and now the return as well. That's providence for you. Always a positive possible possible. Yes I meant to say possible twice.

PM:  Traveled most of the morning from Texas.  Worked 5 hours the rest of the day.  I was able to get in one last run for 2013.  I was glad to get it in.  Easy miles no watch.  Thought about this year the whole time running.  Really have enjoyed this year of running.  There have been a lot of up and down for me this year.  Without going into much detail, I wanna thank the running family and friends I have and have met along the way this year.  Truly my pleasure to befriend people on the blog and different communities.  I am excited to "keep on keeping on" and "make it happen" more oftern this coming year.  Truly a blessing to run/train with the guys/gals that I can run with more often than not.  Hope to have less injuries and sickness this year. 2014 Make It Happen...

Does partying the whole night count as a run?!  Also how many calories does kissing burn?  Just kidding...Enjoyed the day watching football and went and saw Secret Life of Walter Mitty.  Highly reccomend it.

Lunch:  Got really sick new year's day.  just my luck.  starting the new year off right ;) Skipped the morning crew run but got in my lunch run.  Glad to continue logging miles.  On a side note, my hip deraingement is feeling a ton better.  The new angles I have tried stretching with PT is working wonders.  Hopefully a few more weeks of this and I will be in the black as far as tightness and pain free.  Felt very hot today.  Hard to run while have a bad cold...
