PM:  Another ellyptical session this time doing a hill course.  Good resistance effort.  5 miles in 40 mins.  Right leg still not well.  SGM looks really hopeless now...

sorry to hear about the injury. There is nothing like running but at least you can keep up the crosstraining to stay in decent shape. Hope to see you out there soon.
