You keep popping up here on most recent entries but it's always the same 4 mile run in Hawaii.

Hey Rob. Been a minute brotha. I backtracked a little bit and logged some miles. I have run every day since last march 1st. Just wanted to start back training again in Dec. I am going build my base up again over the next six months and see where I am at. No big deal really. Just thought I would hold myself accountable again and have some fun. Looking forward to seeing you out there. MIH
