AM:  same route and effort as yesterday.  Rehab is working and plan is working.  Minelike.  nice and very windy in Draper this morning.  no watch...

AM:  balmy 80 degrees with nice wind around 9am in Draper.  Did a small loop around Draper from my house.  Little hitch and slight tightness in my left leg today.  Not too worried. Continued rehab.  8:10AP

AM:  Mid Morning small loop again around Draper.  extremely windy.  balmy 80 degrees again.  Headed to Vegas for the weekend.  Will get in a few runs there.  Should be a fun time.  Summer goes so quickly.  8:14AP MIH...

AM:  TM for the first time in I cannot remember.  Just got a little sweat going before breakfast here in Vegas.  Felt good.  8:13AP

AM:  Took Sunday and Monday off but did a ton of walking both days.  Just wanted to feel decent.  Today I took it easy at 8:25AP the entire run.  Just kept an easy pace from start to finish.  I knew I was not going to have a lot of energy today but I felt decent during the run.  Still really heavy but my legs only felt tight towards the end of the run.  Rehab and stretching again.  I am starting to see some progress.

AM:  Same as yesterday.  Felt less tightness and but a little fatigued today.  Maybe some dehydration.  Legs are feeling better.  8:15AP

AM:  Did a progressive.  Felt very easy.  Legs felt fine.  8:37, 8:05, 7:33, 7:14 for .10 

Doesn't seem like anything but at 198lbs I will take it.  I had to do a lot of foam roll today on my left calf.  It got hangry at me today.  Slowly but surely.  Rehab feels like it is working.

AM:  A little tired today from getting hardly any sleep due to the fun highway construction in my back yard.  Crazy night.  Just a small loop again around Draper and kept it very easy.  Legs felt really good today.  Hardly any tightness and no tinderness.  8:22AP

AM:  Pretty hot mid morning run again.  Legs felt good though but still a little tired.  Kept the pace very comfortable and simple again.  8:19AP

Lots of stretching and PT.  Just worked on some core, foam roll, ball, etc.  Trying to do some active rehab everyday.  I also played some tennis with Angela.  Just vollied back and forth.  It was good to get outside for a minute and breath.

AM:  Earlier start today for me.  Been wanting to get up earlier but I usually have a lot of work in the mornings and cannot get out til 10.  Today was nice but quite a bit of humidity because of the storm coming in most likely.  Legs felt better today.  Took me a bit to warmup but finally settled in to a comfortable pace.  8:15AP
