PM:  Right leg felt tight all day.  Very frustrating right now but staying positive.  1 hour of stairmaster 45 mins @L12 last 15 mins @L16.  Easy effort just feeling tight.  7.18 miles

LUNCH:  90 mins of Stairmaster 30mins@L12/45mins@L15/15mins@L12.  10.91 miles.  Did core workout after this with 3 rotations of 1 min plank/40 leglifts, 3x6 incline @ 90lbs., 3x6 @ 180lbs.

Less nagging pain in my right leg today.  Feel like the tears are healing.  Still a little tighter than I want to be.  Felt like a good workout today...

2.18 miles on ellyptical @L12 in 20mins.  Felt way too easy.  psoas still sore and residual nagging in the adductor area.  Hammy and calf felt way better.  Who knows? Staying positive.  More later...

PM:  3.1 miles on the ellyptical@12 in 20 mins.  Went faster but still felt easy.  Then 1000 meter swim @ aerobic pace, BS.

PM:  Going to count 10 total miles effort.  Great aerobic effort.  Cross Training is not running but I feel good about the effort.

10 miles in 31 mins on the cycle.

6 miles in 31 mins on ellyptical.

PM:  Another ellyptical session this time doing a hill course.  Good resistance effort.  5 miles in 40 mins.  Right leg still not well.  SGM looks really hopeless now...

AM:  Got up at 7 and treked down to the Mt. Nebo Half to cheer folks on.  Great to see some familiar happy faces and there and meet some new ones.  Always good to be part of race whether you run or spectate.  Great temps for a run today for sure.


LUNCH:  Got a quick stairmaster session in @ L20 aerobic pace for sure.  4.56 miles in 30 mins.

AM:  1 hour of ellyptical.  Good steady pace the whole time.  Felt easy.  10.12 miles total.

30 mins stairmaster 4 miles good pace again...

5k stairmaster in 20:40...was tired

1000 meter swim half BS, half FS 12 mins...

Have really watched my caloric in take the past two weeks because I don't feel I am getting the same kind of workout from running that I do with cross training.  Who knows?  Very new to this.  Ran into Dr. Mark Fullmer in the pool.  Really cool to talk to him and hear his advice.  Practiced 41 years in Provo.  Good man.  Treated me once in college...
