AM:  Been pretty frustrated with my body.  Have not felt healthy in a while.  Thought I would try and easy run to see if I can get back at it.  DSL at 8:56 pace.  Felt very easy.  I will see how I feel tomorrow.

AM:  Again same DSL course this morning.  Past two days have had some nice headwinds here in Draper.  Legs felt normal and fine.  Good sign.  No fatigue either.  Looking forward to easing back into the training if I can feel this good.  8:42 pace

AM:  Easy miles along a DSL.  8:30 AP.  Very nice morning today.  Enjoyed the solo effort.  Hamstrings are feeling better just need to watch fatigue in my right hammy...

AM:  Another nice morning easy miles along DSL again.  Solo effort.  Tired at the first part of the run but felt pretty good the second half.  8:30AP

AM:  Same 5.5 mile small loop around Draper.  Been a nice buffer route this week for my legs.  Consistency feels good.  A little humid for Utah this morning but the whole week has been very nice mornings.  Easy miles again.  Solo Effort 8:28 AP.

AM:  Decided to head over to the Draper Days 5K this morning.  Wanted to run bandit but just get in 5 miles and complete a consistent week.  Goal was to run the 5k course a minute faster per mile than what I am currently jogging and just make sure again my body is not regressing(tightness, extreme fatigue, sorness beyond normal and just all out pain).  7:48, 7:12, 7:32, :43 were the splits.  I am very heavy and it shows but the nice thing was that I consistently ran this week and that is all that matters.  Got to see Rob, Fritz and Chad before the start.  Always good to talk to friends and catch up a little.  WU 1 mile and CD 1mile.  Fun day and love the city of Draper.  MIH

AM:  Easy run today just to run a few miles today.  I asked my boys if they wanted to join and they did.  They did half of it.  It was fun to see them enjoy it.  My left hammy and calf got tight which is a worry.  Don't know what I did, but I will do some maintenece today.  MIH

AM:  2 mile test.  again at 1.5 miles I feel my left calf tighten.  Foam roll and deep blue after.  Just continue to work through this.  MIH
