Track Workout Lone Peak HS

AM: TB was already doing a monster workout while we were warming up.

3 mile wu with Matt, Mike and Reed.

4 X 800's w 200 meter recovery jog (3:15, 3:12, 3:12, 3:10) 600 meter recovery jog

2 X 400's w 200 meter recovery jog (91, 87)

cd with Matt for a bit.  Everyone looked solid this morning.  Mike was in beast mode and had plenty in the tank.  Nice to see the crew getting back into form.  Nice deposit for me this morning.  This workout was good turnover and very easy all things considering.  Look forward to more.

Nice workout and good miles of late. Gearing up for any races?
